I can safely say that December 2010 marks the end of an exciting and pivotal year for me. After launching my dynamic collection of printed gloves "Worlds Collide" in April, your question was, can she do it again - and the answer is YES, I could!!!

For this winter, I have designed a fantastic new collection of HUGE lined mittens called "I Am The Tiger". Tigers are special to me since this is my Chinese animal sign, so I have condensed as much of that Tiger spirit as I can into cosy, warm and snuggly winter wear! Other inspirations for the collection include Bjork, Eskimo garb, and the Maurice Sendak story Where The Wild Things Are - you get the picture. The collection also features some funky fingerless wrist warmers and - by popular request - the equivalent mitts for blokes (for all you guys who asked "when are you going to do some gloves for men?"

New for Winter 2010 are my super, exclusive soft cotton lawn and lycra scarves and handkerchiefs designed to match the prints used in selected glove collections "Worlds Collide" and "I Am The Tiger". (For newbies: "Worlds Collide" was my glove collection from April 2010. Drawing inspiration from contemporary graphic design and typography, Christian Lacroix and Lady Gaga, I wanted to make the best, boldest and brightest collection I possibly could. This particular collection resulted in interviews with alternative fashion magazines Amelias Magazine and Argentinian DMag Magazine, interest from the Telegraph and UK Vogue, and use of my work in a short film by Jaime Perlman of Vogue, as well as prototype design, consultation and costing for the design of technical gloves with a fashion bias. I also made a "deep hypnosis" advert for World of Christina Gloves for Youtube, based on the hypnotic techniques of Barrie Konicov and Ernst Stavro Blofeld in "On Her Majestys Secret Service".
